A couple years-- bad How often did you exercise last month? 4-5x weekly 45 min-1 hr What is your favorite mealtime, breakfast, lunch or dinner? Sunday breakfast w/ NY Times....Why? leisurely What is your favorite food or meal to eat? Italian. What is your LEAST favorite food or meal to eat? beans & rice. What snack food (type) do you consider a weakness to refrain from eating? Salty sweet stuff when I get craving, I go crazy @ mexican resturants when nachos are around...
