Podcasts are popping up everywhere. Just
what is a podcast? A podcast is a new way of
communication for any individual with an
audio or video recording device. These
broadcasts which are also called "podcasts"
are available via the internet. A podcast
show can be live or pre-recorded and can be
downloaded into an ipod or listened to on a
computer. With the boomimng success of
portable MP3 players, podcasts are being
heard all around the world.
Who are the people podcasting? From the
rich and famous, to the down and out, and to
everyone in between can be a podcaster.
Your favorite television show probably has a
podcast available, dishing the dirt and giving
behind the scenes tid bits. If the television
show does not put out a podcast currently,
there may be fans of the show who follow up
each episode with opinions and reviews of
the episodes with their own podcast.
