I am a visually stimulated person. I once
saw a friend eat a 1 pound hamburger
and thought it looked horrible. And I
thought to myself that I had at least the
equivalent of 75 too many of those on my
body. So I went out and bought 75
pounds worth, in 5 pound bags of sugar
to put on my kitchen counter to remind
me how much extra weight I was carrying
around. The intent was for every 5
pounds I lost, I would get rid of a bag of
sugar. It worked for the first 5 pounds
then it wore off.

Final Thoughts:

My time with the Richmond Buzz Health
Challenge was very well spent. A month later
however,  I find it very hard  to keep with things.
I have not gained any of the weight back, but I
am finding myself slipping back into my former
habits when I don't have the support group
around me. The structure was very instrumental
in my success.
