Maggies thoughts on Month One
What is your diet or weight loss goal to strive for in three months?
In 3 months I would like to lose about 20 lbs and  learn the things  that I
should be eating

How would your best friend describe you?
They would descibe me as being , sweet and too nice(how you can be too
nice I 'm not sure) also said that i was sometime brutally  honest.

Describe the type of person you aspire to be or what changes you
hope to make in your life.
I want to be a healthy,active  mom who can teach my kids better way to
live so they can be healthy and fit.

What types of exercise do you like doing?
I really enjoy walking, mostly out doors.

How often did you exercise last month?
In the last month I have walked a mile, about 2 days of the week.

What is your favorite mealtime, breakfast, lunch or dinner?  Why?
I think lunch because that is when I get with a best friend to talk and we try
diffrent places to eat.

What is your favorite food or meal to eat?
Asian chicken salad,

What is your LEAST favorite food or meal to eat?
I really don't like raw spinach.
