| How would your best friend describe you? Bubbly personality, fun, spiritual, creative, passionate in my thoughts and emotions. Describe the type of person you aspire to be or what changes you hope to make in your life. Patience, learn to be quiet and still, have more energy, to live more in the moment and let go of the past. What do you think thin people may not know about someone who is dealing with a weight issue? To excercise at a level to lose the weight to get to a smaller frame is painful and alot harder than thought; Weight is not chosen and often is a subconcious path taken and once there is very difficult; It's hard to see yourself the way others do thus, you dont realize the weight your at until it's too late; That not all weight issues are food issues. Some are medical, some are emotional/stress etc. What types of exercise do you like doing? None. What types of exercise do you NOT like doing? All of them. What is the longest amount of you have gone with out exercising? All of my life. haahaaa. From 10 years old until now. How often did you exercise last month? None, but I do get out of breath sometimes when I am performing with my band. What is your favorite mealtime, breakfast, lunch or dinner? Dinner. Because that's when there are the best options and variety. What is your favorite food or meal to eat? Mexican What is your LEAST favorite food or meal to eat? I don't like breakfast. It makes me hungrier for some reason. I want to eat again an hour after eating breakfast. I just dont feel like I have eaten. Breakfast is limited to the choices and I dont like the choices. They are pretty much the same. What snack food (type) do you consider a weakness to refrain from eating? I dont eat much in snack food. I don't eat candy, or cakes or chips or anything. If fast food falls in this catagory, that is my weakness. What do you see when you look in the mirror? A girl that looks exactly the same as she did 3 or 5 years ago and hasn't aged a bit. So why does she look different? Maybe I would look like I used to if I was 15 lbs thinner or 30 lbs thinner. |
