What is your diet or weight loss goal to strive for in three months? I want to learn more healthy ways to eat and find some fun nutritious recipes that will kick start my families willingness to change their unhealthy choices as well. How would your best friend describe you? ( If you would like to forward the question to them and have them answer that would be fine). That I'm honest and fun. I forget the rest. Evidently my strength is not in memory. Describe the type of person you aspire to be or what changes you hope to make in your life. I want to be a more active mom who has enough energy to run and play with the kids. I also want to be able to go shopping and enjoy trying on different clothes. |

What do you think thin people may not know about someone who is dealing with a weight issue? I don't think they realize how hard it is being overweight and how much we try to change. What types of exercise do you like doing? Swimming, walking and eventually I'd like to be playing a little football with my boys. What types of exercise do you NOT like doing? Anything where I have to jump or bounce. (personal reasons) What is the longest amount of you have gone with out exercising? too long How often did you exercise last month? not very much What is your favorite mealtime, breakfast, lunch or dinner? Why? Breakfast because I have a bowl of cereal plain and simple. It's easy to eat a healthy breakfast. What is your LEAST favorite food or meal to eat? Dinner because that's where I always mess up. What snack food (type) do you consider a weakness to refrain from eating? Snack food period. Especially ICE CREAM! I'm learning that if I don't buy it I don't have a problem with it. What do you see when you look in the mirror? A thinner more beautiful person full of energy and ready to shine. |
